Week 4

Wednesday means weigh in. I wasn't sure how well I did going into the meeting. I was up and down with the points. Somedays I didn't make my daily amount and other days my daily was just a passing memory on the way to the next course of dinner.

So off came the shoes, breathe out, step on scale...

This Weeks Loss: 3.4 pounds
Total Loss: 11.6

This would explain why I needed a new dress size. I can also tell in the way pants are fitting. When I make my short term goal I'm going to treat myself to a couple new pairs of jeans and at least one new pair of work slacks.
