noggin noddlings
Jul. 19th, 2018 08:28 amI have noticed something... came to the forefront this past weekend. While I do not consciously feel guilty when I do not attend a Royal Progress and get someone else to act as Herald for the day, apparently my subconscious does.
All three times that I have had to ask someone else to be the Herald for the day, Saturday or Sunday night of that event weekend, I have VIVID dreams revolving around my job as Jewel Herald that ends with me either: resigning my position and asking to be released from my fealty OR being fired from my job as Jewel Herald.
Last weekend I actually had one where the Queen (one of the nicest ladies I know) stood up in court, accused me of dereliction of duty and demanded I perform Sepeku.
It wasn't until this week that I noticed the correlation between not going to the Royal Progress and the dreams.
Luckily there is only one event on the remaining reign calendar that I am currently planning on not going to.
