with a little help from my friends
I love the dicea.
I recognized symptoms and recognized that I needed assistance. So I call her and ask for help.
She does.
She brought me pedialyte, some ensure and some GI meds.
I'm working on getting pedialyte into my system first. I really need to get the electrolytes up- 14 hours of one end or the other rapid evacuation really stresses the system.
Next I will work on the ensure.
If those stay in, I might work up to either some toast or white rice.
This really sucks.
