Sucess
I had a group interview this morning at 9. at 10:45 I got called and asked if I can come in at 2 to fill out the employment paperwork and start training tomorrow.
It's at Layne Bryant. Money's not as good as I would hope or I'd get waiting tables, but they are the first to call and offer. AND they are willing to work with my schedule and not work thanksgiving weekend (as I'm out of town). I think it helps that I can work pretty much any night until whenever they close and weekends I can work all day (save one and I told them that ahead of time).
So I got the 2nd job. It will take some getting used to working late hours but I'll cope.
Christmas is not looking so scary any more.
