The relief
That moment of relief to see the semi-annual work sponsored weight loss challenge sign up forms arrive in the mailbox at work.
I've needed the motivation. Even knowing I've gained hasn't stopped me from eating stuff I shouldn't. Drinking stuff I shouldn't. Skipping the gym. And not caring.
Maybe I'll finally get the kick I need come April 1st.
Though I gotta love my team. The name they chose this time around is "The Hungry Games" and are already throwing quotes back and forth. We are such geeks.
