Accountability - week 4

Week four of Weight Loss Challenge:

Average # of Minutes exercised: 45.57 - walking (treadmill or sidewalk) or aquafit. (better than last week)

Average # of calories burned: 230.14 (better than last week)

Average # of calories consumed: 1441.43 (not as good as last week)

# pounds total loss for week: 2

# of pounds total loss for challenge: 11

% lost for Challenge: 5.47%

Goals for the week:
1. continue the exercise either gym or walking Grimm
2. continue to try to not dip into exercise calories.

you are doing good. Keep it up. I am down to 384 pounds. Total weight loss so far 54 pounds. I am trying for 6 days a week in the pool 2 hours each day. And I am started Tai Chi twice a week.this week is a little off because I was sick on the weekend aNd on Monday.
