A young girl struggles to survive and keep her ill brother alive as they hide from the soldiers during the Mexican Revolution. Not only do they have to survive the elements and the soldiers, a tiger has escaped from the traveling circus and is on the prowl for an easy dinner

There were emotions galore - humor, horror, sadness, grief - in the very short audiobook (50 minutes). I might not have picked this up if it had not been free with my Amazon Prime membership, but it was a good listen while running around in the car.
