week 6

I was dreading today. I even didn't want to go to weigh in. It's that TOM I feel horrible, way overstressed and overworked and cranky and everything. But one of the women I'm doing this with convinced me to just go for the weigh in.

So I did, though expecting a gain.

Nope. down 1.4. I was amazed. I'm only 1.4 pounds away from my goal for the end of February of a loss of 15. With luck that will happen next week.

Total loss: 13.6lbs.

Here's the rundown for any who care

Short Term Goal: -18




Long Term Goal: -31+

Damn - way to go! Your weekly progress makes me feel exceedingly guilty that I'm not really making any. Someday, someday it will fix me up good.

It's all about finding something that works for your metabolism.

For me Weight Watchers Flex is really working. I like it because it allows me to have choices in what I eat and rather than have elimination or starvation, it's all about moderation.

You'll find something. You're also still in school and we all know how wonderful school fare is for diets

I know what works for me, I'm just not really bothering to follow it right now. It's my own fault, and I know it. I just get too wrapped up in everything else.
