I did a lot better than I expected.

This week was my TOM and I was ravenous the entire time. I couldn't stop eating. It didn't matter what I ate ... protien, sugar, salt, water, starch... I was constantly hungry.

I only did a workout once in the last seven days and totally convinced of a gain.

But I was happy:

Total WW loss: 33.6




I'm going to buckle down this week and really try to get those last few off and make my goal. I want to be at maintenance by my birthday (the 27th) I think I can do that.
