Food Friday
Apr. 1st, 2005 11:41 amToday here at work we are having a "food fest" This comes from the fact that we are in a satelite office with less than 30 people in it so we can do things like this. It's a potluck thing and the food thus far has been awesome.
I managed to get recipies for three of the dips that have been brought in and I thought I'd share:
Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip
So easy.. you can do the crock-pot or microwave.
1 pkg cream cheese
8oz blue cheese
3 cups cheddar cheese shredded
Hot sauce or wing sauce (to taste, about 5oz)
Shredded chicken (the best thing that we found to use is the rotisserie chickens from the store, then they are already cooked)
Mix together and melt.
Taco Dip
mix together 8oz each cream cheese and sour cream, spread in bottom.
Then pour 1 regular size bottle of Taco Sauce - not salsa - over cream cheese mixture
then shredded lettuce,
then shredded cheese.
top with your choice of Tomotoes, black olives, green pepper, etc.
then serve!
Crab Meat and Artichoke Dip
1 package of imitation crab meat
1 can artichoke hearts (packed in water not oil)
1 cup mayo
1 tsp garlic
3 tbsp minced onion (dried)
8 oz package of cream cheese (room temperature)
3/4 cup of parmesan cheese
Combine all ingredients at once in food processor. Spread into oven safe dish (the corell dishes work best). Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

I'll update if there is anything yummy for lunch.
