time to get back on track
May. 24th, 2006 07:09 pmI've been bad this last two weeks. I haven't been tracking my intake and my exercise has been spotty and water... what's that.
Today I start back on the program and get with it.
Weigh in today saw me gain 1.6 pounds since saturday. Not good in my mind. Now part of that could be because I've started strength training and muscle does weigh more. But still..
back to work.
This weeks loss: +1.6
Total loss since starting WW: -29.4 (after 20 weeks on program)
