UGH

I went to bed last night and was out cold before the end of the 7pm CSI on Spike. I slept straight through the night, had trouble waking at the sound of my alarm clock.

I laid in bed and had to really will myself to get out of bed and dressed and out the door.

I am run down, exhausted and my head feels full of concrete. My chest hurts (it's tight like I'm having an asthma attack but I can breathe - so far).

I can't get warm, despite wearing a silk shirt, wool trousers, heavy socks and having a space heater blowing on my feet.

I want nothing more than to go home and go back to bed.

I can't afford to be sick!!!
