I woke this morning to finding that the special gooshy food I gave Grimm for dinner last night did not agree with him. Bed has been stripped and is being washed as we speak.
I'm restless but at the same time dont' want to do anything.
Later today I need to go to the bank and talk to them. I can't remember my password to check my online balance and transaction history and I need a statement for the last month. See, I realized Monday that I still hadn't gotten an unemployment check. I went to the NYS labor site and checked my payment history. IT said the last three payments were direct deposit. But I didn't sign up for direct deposit this time around. I might have had it 4 years ago when I was last on unemployment. I need the proof that I haven't gotten the money. (See I changed banks over 2 years ago). I will go to my old bank and see if they have a record of receiving the payments even though the account is closed.
Tomorrow I have to go to a "welcome to unemployment" meeting at the NYS Dept. of Labor and I want to have the proof that I haven't gotten paid.
Girls come home today. I should still run and check on their babies while I'm out. Bring them some food as I know what I left on Monday was all they had in the house.
Maybe I'll see if sis wants to maybe go to the zoo today (since it's right around the corner from the Girls' house.) I know it's chilly out but that just means there will be very little in the way of people there.
