She would have been 66 today. Hard to believe she's been gone a year now. I miss her everyday.

Happy Birthday mom. I hope you are happy where ever you are.

Mom, we miss you so very much

I did it!

So much_ado is coming tomorrow to visit. Because of this she got me motivated to get something done that I haven't gotten done this early in the year in at least three years...

The christmas tree is finally fully down and put away. All the decorations have been boxed up since last month, but I finally got the tree down and the boxes are working their way to the basement.

Of course the going back and forth to the moldy basement isn't helping my breathing on top of the vestages of the cold/crud I've been fighting the last couple days, but oh well.

At least most of the house will be presentable.
