Working on the annual to-do list
Jan. 14th, 2009 08:49 pmOne of my to-do things this year is be more social.
I got to 12th Night and attended meetings and interacted with folks.
This weekend is the first meeting of the Buffalo Chihuahua meet up group. I'm going.
And I sent in my reply... I'm teaching at The College of 3 Ravens on Feb 28.
I gave the chancellor 2 classes I can teach. I can teach either or both, up to her. I said I can teach "At a Loss For Words (giving period sound to modern SCA award scrolls)" and "I just got an assignment, now what?" The last being a how to approach doing an award scroll and where and how to look for inspiration for it. They are both classes I've taught before. I just need to tweak them each a little.
I think for the Assignment one I'm also going to combine it with another old class "How to Violate a Clean Piece of Paper" to ensure that it will be an hour long.
Small steps, but again, even small steps forward is forward movement.
