Week 8 - plateau

I can't complain at all though - as since my birthday I have done no tracking and my exercise has been spotty (It's mostly just when I remember to take the dog for a walk and the weather agrees).
I will continue to maintain by not eating to bursting and just eating slowly so that I know when I am actually full.
After Pennsic I will focus more. Though it would be nice to hit my first goal of -10 lbs by War.

Total change: -8 lbs.
