So where is it
Apr. 1st, 2010 10:37 amEver since I started at the new job, everyone was telling me about how bad April Tax Season is. (there is also September/Oct season too).
How we have tons of clients and have to process thousands of returns.
So far we've had a steady trickle. But nothing like they have been warning me about.
The other admins say that next week is probably going to be a nightmare when everyone realizes "OMG Easter's over, I have to get my taxes done". But so far we are all at times twiddling our thumbs.
I honestly don't know what to make of the slowness of the weeks leading up to Easter, since I have not experienced a true "busy" time. Oh sure I had a nice bit of overtime in the last paycheck, but it was nothing like I was told it was going to be.
Just makes me wonder what's in store for the next two weeks.
Speaking of which -- I really should do my own taxes. Maybe this weekend.
