glad thought for the day (day 5 & 6)

Rather than just sit for the second half of my lunch hour (having forgotten a book or crochet project at home), I put on my sneakers and went and walked the mall for 1/2 hour. It wasn't much but it was getting up and doing something rather than just sitting. I may see about doing that at least twice a week.
Day 6:
Finally had "just us Christmas" with the girls. Had dinner at Cheeseburger Cheeseburger (much yummy winningness) then back to the Doma for gift exchange. dicea is now officially the Deliverator.
