Need to write something positive for now.

I'm down 33.2 lbs since I started back on WW. I'm part of a weight loss competition group at work and if I lose 1 more pound by next Thursday I will have lost 6% of my competition starting weight and 13 lbs.

I've been trying to hit the gym at least every other day. Lifecycle and I are fast friends. My thing with that has been working to get my heart rate up for a certain amount of time. I also started doing Aquafit. I don't feel my heart rate go up or anythign with it but man do my muscles feel it the next day.

I also had my initial meeting with a trainer and have signed up to have a 30 minute session with her every other week. When we met she asked me my goals "Are you looking for a certain size or weight or the like?" "Um... I"d like to maybe someday actually be able to touch my toes or do A chinup. Clothing size is irrelevant on me given my bone structure and weight is a number, though yes I do have a goal weight. But mostly I just want to feel better in my skin."

So we shall see how it goes.
