Glad Game 2013: Days 135-141

Wow have I been bad about this.

Day 135:

* Did not take as long as I expected to do the final car packing for the weekend.

Day 136:

* Friends who agree to fetch and carry when plans don't work out.
* GPS
* Audiobooks

Day 137:

* hanging out with friends with no responsibilties.
* MoLing an strange and fun tournament
* Having the ability to offer a friend a real bed to sleep on when they rolled onto site way after dark and was too brain dead to set up their tent.

Day 138:

* Reuniting several scrolls with their recipients.
* Good folks receiving awards
* After court hug from Hugh
* Roland Birthday cake

Day 139:

* Quick curia
* internet on the phone to coordinate a drop off that got missed at the event.
* There's no place like home

Day 140:

* Boogie agreeing to come help me "cat shop" for a friend for Puck and being the voice that says "yes it's cute, but it really doesn't feel right".

Day 141:

* Another 1.1 lbs. gone
* Ozy joined the family.

This is new

I've never had a cat that has liked to be way up high before. But Oz seems to like heights.

(He has informed me that he prefers Oz to Ozy so I guess thus he shall be called.)



I spent over an hour searching the house for him when I got home from work, never thinking to look up until I had completely run out of other ideas. And lo and behold, ears sticking up over the edge of the china cabinet.

Guess I need to make sure there's nothing valuable in the cabinet as I watched him get up there - he jumps from the dining room table up.

Cat tree has been ordered. Though it's not as tall as the china cabinet.
