Glad Game 2013: Days 151-154

Day 151:

* Dinner with Kate, Patrick, and Julie at awesome German place
* Got some needed things for the garden

Day 152:

* used new to me mower that Sis gave me and got the front yard mowed.
* made myself go to the demo. Got so see two friends get awards for their artwork.
* Dinner with Sophie, Julie and Patrick. Yum... steak

Day 153:

* got more gardening done.
* got the early birthday gift/christmas gift from sis set up.
* gaming night. Nothing like mindless violence to help with your mood.

Day 154:

* Today I am glad I forgot to pay the gas bill and had it shut off. The reason I'm glad is that when they came to reconnect it, they spotted a hole in the vent shaft from the water heater. The guy was nice and left the pilot light on and said when I want to shower, turn on the heater then turn it back to pilot after I'm done and get a guy in right away to fix the hole. Druggar came by after work looked at it, did a temp patch and will be back on Wednesday with the right parts to fix it.
* hot showers that let me get steam into sick pets' lungs.
