Glad Game 2013: Day 175

* more assignments given and received.
* Swinging into Walmart just to pick up some fray check (it's cheaper there than at Jo-Ann's) and finding a 100% cotton, handkerchief weight plaid for $1.50/yrd and then taking it home and getting a peplos made so I have something very light weight to wear hanging around camp at war.
* waiting until after 8pm for our walk meant a nice, comfortable temperature for Grimm and I to put our 2+ miles in.

The 10th week

Today was the final weigh in for the weight loss challenge at work.

Offically, since April 23rd, I have lost 13 lbs. I"m a bit bummed. This last week was bad. I gained 3 from last week, and I didn't make my personal goal (20 by my bithday).

This is not the end. I will continue and move forward. I'll still track calories this week, though I already know it's got potential bad all over it. Thursday is my birthday - Both bosses are taking me out for lunch, dinner with Katie and maybe a movie. Friday is the joint celebration at work for mine and a co-worker's birthdays (her's is the day after mine) that will involve some form of lots of ice cream. If movie doesn't happen Thursday it may happen Saturday before Boo's and my appointment or Sunday before Ekatmas. Then Sunday is Ekatmas.

But, I'm ok with that.

I'm still 13 lbs less than I was 10 weeks ago. And that is something.
