Last year I discovered the series of YA books "Please don't tell my parents" and love them. This book almost feels like a grown ups version. It was a down right funny and enjoyable romp through the mind of Dr. Anarchy. He's a super-genius inventor who wants to rule the world, just as any real supervillian wants to.
However, he lives by a strict list of "rules of villainy". This makes him Lawful Evil on in the alignment scale. This means most Superheros do not find him that much of a threat, which he does not understand and he keeps getting upset when his Nemesis does not acknowledge him as such in return.
I found myself laughing throughout this entire book and have a strong feeling that this will be a returned to often book for when I need a pick-me-up.
