Glad Game 2019 - January 4th and 5th, 2019

* Got more into the new audiobook and found myself at times distracted. Not because of boredom but because the reader (Richard Armitage) has such a delicious voice that there were points that I had to rewind the story because I had allowed myself to just be surrounded by his voice.
* Finished book 2 of the year - this time a physical book.
* Met my water and walking goals.
January 5th:
* SCA Event - Kingdom 12th Night. Had the realization that this is the event that I always use to mark my SCA anniversary as, while not even the first event I attended, Æthelmearc Twelfth Night is the event that I went "Yes, these are my people, I like it here". So Ekat celetrated her 25th "birthday".
* Roadtrip with the Kelda. We realized that we haven't done one, just the two of us, in over 20 years. We work well as a traveling duo. The trip out brought some great conversations and plannings for a series of classes/round tables for upcoming scholas and I agreed that I would lead one of the round tables. will need to think on how I want to moderate it, what ideas relative to the topic I think would be beneficial and stuff.
* Spent most of the day at the event parked in one spot and allowed the event to exist around me, friends to come by and stop and chat, without feeling pressure to be "on" or "me". It was nice.
* Came home to critters who were happy to see me (though I think part of the feline happiness was that they were happy they were not going to "STARVE! Starve, I tell you, STARVE" to death.
