Glad Game 2019 - January 10
Jan. 11th, 2019 08:14 amSome days it takes some time to find the "glad" in the previous day.
for yesterday I had to sit and think, because it had been a particularly stressful day.
* I walk into Tim Hortons and almost the entire shift (including the baker) knows my coffee order and they only have to ask "do you want a donut today?".
* working on a new audiobook that I seem to be enjoying. This will please my sister as she's been the one pushing this book on anyone who she can pin down for 2 seconds.
* recognizing that I did not have the capacity to cook (despite there being more food in my fridge than there has been in months) and giving myself permission to order in rather than not eat or try to make something and either ruin it or potentially hurt myself.
*critters who greet me when I come in the door and seem genuinely happy I am home.
