Glad Game 2019: June 11

* SCALE VICTORY: -2.5 for week, -20, YTD, 30 since Thanksgiving
* recognized a condition and reached out so others knew where I stood
* gave myself permission to ask to be let out of an obligation, which I was - big stress off my shoulders.
* Captain Marvel on Blu-Ray
* 2 mini walks with Grimmy. Not enough to count for "walking goal" but even 10 minutes is better than nothing.
* nose licks and belly rubs with Lily Rose.
* quite time just sitting with Ozy. He's picked up big time on my stress and I needed to reassure him that things will be OK.
