6 days of injections. She’s gained almost 6 oz in weight AND her eyes are almost fully cleared.

It's still a LONG road: first is 84 days of injections...then hopefully her blood tests say she is in remission... then 90 days of observation... if she passes then she is considered cured. Ut because of her medical history she could relapse and we’d have to do this again

But she's being social (for her) - demanding snuggles and social grooming from Puck, she has been playing with the treat ball and her purr is back - not as strong as it was, but it's back (something I didn't realize had gone away until I heard it again).

So - cautiously optimistic.

again, I suddenly realized I have not been updating and watching the "glad/good" things. It's so hard in this environment of Covid, unemployment and lack of social stuff.

So like before, instead of a daily reckoning, I'll just sum up.

I have completed 15 books.

I have made 10 pieces of messy art.

I have continued my photo a day challenge - which seriously may be the only thing helping me keep track of the days.

I have made over 130 masks for donation or sale.

I've had several phone interviews. Just keep hoping that I am able to find something soon in my desired compensation range.

I have absolutely amazing friends. Lily Rose was diagnosed with a terminal disease that has no approved cure here in the US (it's a coronavirus variant and the medicine has not been approved for cats and has now switched testing for human Covid-19). In order to get the medication I would need over $3,000. Even when I was employed that would have been too much. But Momma Aine started a gofundme and we raised the money in less than 15 hours. She's been on the medicine now for 6 days and the transformation is miraculous. She is no longer skin and bones, her eyes which were almost completely blind from blood occlusion, are 99% clear and she can see. We have hope for her.

I have made several t-shirts and a couple dresses for myself. And i have fabric to make new curtains for both the living room and the family room. I've even picked out paint colors for when have have the funds to get paint and repaint both rooms. I can do the living room on my own because none of the furniture in there will require another set of hands to move. But I want to wait because that room is Lily's safe room and I don't want to disturb her more than she is already and risk a relapse.

I got my nails back - I had not realized how much getting them done made me feel like "me" until I hadn't had them since March. It and the haircuts are a bit of a luxury, but since I'm in job interview mode, I justify them for that endeavor.

I guess that's all for now. Hopefully I will be able to motivate to do this exercise more than once every 6-8 weeks or so.
