weekend prep

baronessekatI went and did the grocery shopping for the weekend. Got everything but the couple things others said they were going to get. See this is me... I'm not a control freak. I'm not sitting here stressing about not having the main dish, not having things to feed people lunch, not wondering what we are having for dessert. I'm a pilar of strength and self-control.
I didn't get back to the Doma until 8. Turned the TV on and put the groceries away and threw a dinner in the microwave.
While working on prep for Good Friday dinner for the Girls I got sucked into a movie. I had been aprehensive about it cuz well... it looked cheezy when it came out. But I actually enjoyed it for the fun, light hearted mindless thing it was. I actually watched Fat Albert.
Home now. Gotta pack for the weekend. Finish up some prep for dinner tomorrow that I couldn't do at the Doma because I had the stuff here at the apartment.
Tomorrow I'll swing by the apartment after work, make sure the cats have food for the weekend and grab the stuff I need from here then off to the big house for a weekend of food, fun and family.
I probably won't be updating until late Sunday so Happy Easter everyone!
