Well, I knew it would happen.

I spent the majority of Thursday and Friday drinking coffee to help with my lungs. This meant I blew all my daily points on cream for said coffee as I can't stand the taste of it withoug cream and I forgot to ask at Dunkin Donuts or Tim Hortons for fat free cream.

By the time the weekend rolled around I totally stopped caring and declared the week a bust.

So as a result, when I stepped on the scale this morning I found I had gained 3.75 pounds. So I'm 1 pound heavier than when I started 3 weeks ago.

I know this is all my fault and this week I will try to be better. Maybe even break out the workout DVDs and make a space to do them.

I can do it. I know I can. I didn't loose 46 pounds last time by just sitting around being complacent. I had to work at it. And this time I will again.
