baronessekatSo even though I'm stuck all day up front I noticed the phones have been very quiet.
I mention it to the IT person.
Turns out there is something wrong with our incoming calls line. Outgoing is fine. Just no incoming.
So while I have annoying day of sit up front I'm not having to constantly say "ACI how may I direct your call?" every 5 minutes.
There I found a positive for a Wednesday!
Now, dicea's computer can work again.
I mention it to the IT person.
