tho i dont' think the personal days increase the same way.
i've been slowly debating whether or not Pennsic is happening this year... a) because i might like to do something else and b) i only have 6 sick/personal days (PTO, as its referred to now)...
i was sick a lot more the last 4 years than i have been my entire working life; and i think i would feel more comfortable with a little buffer.

so yeah, it's really something huge to consider.
