I got 3 weeks vacation at Wally World after working there 9 years. That's around 1 wk vacation every 2 yrs. The medical was about the same as was the holidays(if the store was open 24 hrs we only got X-Mas day off), but personal & sick time was accumulated by the number of hours worked. Hope somethings comes around for you.
