Holiday allotment is about what I'm accustomed to. Vaca is ... not generous, but rarely are non-union-ish jobs generous in the benefit/vaca/time category.
It's not entirely the best, but then.. it does allow you to bring in income and have the freedom to breathe while you look more deeply.
