You should have your vigil AS a security shift at Pennsic. You want to talk to Ekat? Then sign up for a shift. At the vigil drive folks around on a golf-cart, and if Their Majesties should wish to speak with you, make sure they bring their retainers to process as you drive around with them in the cart.
