I took my camera to work today and went and found some shots for [livejournal.com profile] trogddor's assignment of the week.

I had already posted my symmetry so I went looking for some broken symmetry.

Then I just took pictures around work

And then I got stuck sitting on the I-219 due to construction.

Very creative! Good work!

Are you familiar with Ansel Adams?

The two black-and-whites show great texture, very reminiscent of his work.

wow...I agree completely....I'd buy copies of those trees for SURE. You see, Ansel Adams is my favorite photographer, particularly the pictures of trees he takes. These are amazing!

hehe, i was kinda jazzed about abandoned railroad tracks behind (sorta) my workplace, too! will have to remember to bring better overgrown-brush-traipsing shoes so i can wander during lunch

excellent shots of the trees in B&W. i have an obsession with trees, i think... so much personality and texture in trees; especially in the fall and spring.
