baronessekatI've been awake for just over 1.5 hours now (yes that means around 4:30am). I woke up with a sore throat that hurt to swallow.
It has gotten worse since then. Swallow, breathe (haven't dared trying to talk yet) all burn. Ears are plugged and my sinuses feel like they have concrete in them. I have no runny nose or cough but man does it hurt.
Thermometer gives me a very very very low grade fever.
I have to go to work today so i'll be taking soup for lunch and maybe take the popsicles that are in my freezer as well so I have something cool for my throat throughout the day.
As soon as I get the nerve I'm going to call the doctor and see if she can phone in something for me.
