Week three

Very good week, though I did no tracking other than in passing and just watching portion sizes.

I know it's important to the program but I'm just not good at tracking, especially on weekends. But it is coming back to me on how much of a value various foods have and getting better with doing proper portion sizes.

4 pounds lost!

Woo! I started tracking again, and... yeah. I am now refocusing my attention on afternoon "healthy snacks". :)
