Ya know, if they could confine their destructiveness to themselves I'd call it Darwinism in action and be OK. But OMG no, they have to endanger many others. Our holiday was Weds, but we still had winners firing off fireworks amidst all the old houses all week and all day today. Happily, teh firehouse is one block away and most of them are highly cute (they're frequently getting coffee when I am).
