Last night I finally managed to get into a position where I could breathe without too much pain in my chest, though it caused my back to not be happy as I was more or less sitting up with my head back.

I woke up actually able to take a deep breath. It has been getting tight again but nothing I can't deal with when awake. Today is yet another take things as slow and easy as I can while being at work and at home do what I can to just not push myself too much.

Getting there. Not as fast as I would like but I'm getting there.
