I realize the importance of learning how to do public presentations, and I don't have a problem with judging them "tough but fair," but the last kid you mentioned made me wonder if he was one of those kids that was *only* in 4-H because "it was expected" of him. It's probably just one of my buttons, but when parents push a kid through an activity, rather than finding something suited for that child, I can't help but feel sorry for the guy.
