week 9 - GO ME!
Mar. 8th, 2006 08:59 pmI didn't want to go to weigh-in today. I feel horrible about my eating this week. I had a lunch one day that was 27 points along (I get 22 for the day). Another day I did KFC for dinner. and a couple days of Micky D's and stuff. I used the most flex points I've ever used.
What I saw was self sabotaging. I mean I only needed .2lbs to make my 10%. But I've paid my fees so off I went to the meeting.
I stepped on the scale and refused to believe that the leader said. 3 pound loss!
No f'ing way!.
Not only did I hit my 10% I blew past it to 20lb loss. I got my keychain and a star
So we've set my goal for lifetime. just 14.2 pounds to go (roughly)
old short term goal: 18 lb loss

old long term goal now new short term goal: 31 lb loss

New long term goal: 35.1
