If any on my flist is going to be at ID AND has a digital camera would you mind snapping a few shots? I don't have any of me at this weight since... um... ever (ok maybe somewhere from collge time but still) and I'd really like to do a before and after thing at some point.
I have set aside Saturday as "sit my ass down and sew the f'ing thing" day. It's not a hard style which is nice. Mostly straight lines. I'll corner 'dicea on Sunday maybe between our mall crawl and the hockey game to help me fit it and mark the hem.
The millrind scroll has been plotted out. Need to sit down and actually do it.
Have a new assignment for court to do. I am very honored that Their Majesties asked for me specifically. Wording is done. I've picked a very small bit of illumination (per Her Majesties request for little to no illumination and LOTS of calligraphy). The wording isn't as involved as some scrolls I've done but it is period (um maybe not. It's from 1688 but close enough)
I hope to get the Rhydderich Hael deed done for backlog stuff. It's just the illumination to go. I know what I want to do. Just need to do it.
I just don't see getting the backlog Baroness scroll even started. Oh well. I refuse to wear myself out.
The missing art box has been found. Literally I found it under Tzar. (he was laying on it while I was looking for it).
Hundmather, unfortunately I really can't put anyone up for the event. Maybe another one huh? You still gotta meet my Norwegian.
