Week 11

Didn't do as well as I thought this week. I honestly thought I had lost more. Though I really think I need a new scale at home.

But at the weigh in today it proved I lost 1.2 pounds. There's one more week for this session. I figures I'll get a picture then to do a pre-start and end of round one comparisson.

One thing I have noticed is that I need to work on my body mechanics now that I've lost 22 pounds. I'm still trying to walk and move like I did when I was heavier and my joints are not liking it now. Maybe I can get the Boo to call the Yoga place down the road from her to find out when classes are and how much. Maybe learning to do that will help. I also plan on finding a chiropractor and get everything back into line.

I hope to maybe tomorrow get the living room picked up enough to break out the new PS2 dance pad I got last week so that I can do that to bring my cardio back up.
