* non-scale victory: I noticed over the weekend that my jeans were not only loose but I could actually pull them off without undoing the button or zipper. So I pulled out an old pair of pants a size smaller and found they fit! in fact they had a bit of room too. I will have to look later to see if I can find a pair the next size down to try. That's the thing with depression - you don't pay attention to details such as your clothes are getting rather bagging and you might be bordering on the fashion statement of "walking pile of fabric"
