BBQ ribs. Bison Burgers. French toast. Not bothering to really watch what i was eating.
Only one short workout all week.
but...
1.4lb loss!
I am 1.6 lbs from WW goal and 7.6 from personal goal.
I'm going to try to buckle down this week. I want to reach WW goal by my birthday (June 27) and the last week of this session at work (and coincidentally the last week at work period)
