I went and checked out this website:

My calendar age is 33.1 years. after analizing my lifestyle and health background it says my real age is 32.4

It was interesting.

My real age was like .8 years under my actual age... until the "driving" question. I drive 24000 miles (on average) a year just to and from work. I also tend to drive ~20 mph over the speed limit. So... my age was ~4 years OVER my actual age because of that (I know this, because the estimate suddenly jumped after those questions and then staid the same for the remainder of the test). BTW, my real age would be 0 if I tried to drive the speed limit because I'd be run over by a truck!

yeah... they told me that I should increase my soy intake as studies show that helps with all kinds of health problems.

Only thing... remember that rather icky soy allergy of mine. My current age would stop if I followed their advice to lower my real age.
