Jul. 22nd, 2006 01:13 pmweight in done. Im up .6 lbs from last week, but I lost .6 last week. I'm still under my WW goal but not by much.
This week I'm going to try to be better and document again. I want the 4 gone by Pennsic. I can do that.
I have three more weeks to maintain the WW goal or be under to make lifetime.
Again, I can do that.
Got my grocery shopping done.
Broke a nail so rather than do lots of sewing this afternoon, I'm going to eat lunch, and clean the house until my apointment in 3 hours. Get that done then come back, start the chicken stew and then start cutting out stuff.
Just are ot enough hours in the day.
