So the canton meeting to poll the group to see if they wanted to stay active happened.

It was me and the current seneschal.

Goodscagirl... you didn't hear it from me.

I'll find something better and healthier for me and the SCA to get involved with in order to play again locally.

Though I should probably consider actually going to a Baronial meeting or fight practice or something.

At least you don't live in the shire sized unit that has a steering committee to 'filter requests' made by shire members(read: find a way to shut out people who don't belong to the right household). It was the last meeting we went to here and anything that happens with us will be private and not reported as part of shire activities.
