For months I've been missing my emerald ring.

I've looked in all my usual safe spots and even some of my unusual ones. But had come to grips with the fact that the ring was lost.

It was the first piece of jewelry I bought myself with my first paycheck after collage.

Well, today, while searching for sewing machine needles I look in my little box of drawers that keep things like needles and bobbins and stuff...

I find... MY RING!!!

I'm rather relieved now.

Just had to share.

I lost a pair of earrings. I looked everywhere. I finally accepted that they were lost. Then I went to grab some quarters from my change jar and there they were. Too bad the scarf I lost the same day never made a reappearance.
