I heard back from the head of HR at Baum's regarding the payroll snafu.

Hi Tina...I forwarded to Dave (the head of Payroll) ... the deductions for health and dental for July and August will be reversed on your next pay...he confirmed that the PTO days were addressed....I'm sorry that mistakes were made that caused you to resign....best of luck and thanks...

Morons. I even clearly said that it wasn't the reason I gave my notice. The reason was travel time, distance and cost. The snafu was was what cemented my not ever thinking of coming back.
